The Growth Marketing Manager will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer. The Growth Marketing Manager role is centered on delivering significant revenue through programs that drive scalable movement from top-of-funnel acquisition and execution to “sticky” long-term paying customers, utilizing effective platforms and growth analytics tools. You’ll also be responsible for creating scalable programs to increase traction with our target audiences and meet our growth key performance indicators.


Candidates should be comfortable with experimentation and innovation and constantly finding new ways to improve upon business metrics. Successful candidates will be adept at creating new content and testing emails, copy, language, messaging to improve overall conversion metrics. In tandem with the Product Team, you’ll be constantly assessing growth data and strategizing the next course of action. You thrive on A/B testing, site optimization, paid advertising and search, conversion rates, and above all else, care deeply about our customers. Successful candidates are self-motivated, and comfortable with ambiguity and working in a rapidly changing industry.  Experience working closely with product management functions is helpful.

Responsibilities:


  • Work with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, etc.) to establish growth strategies to support revenue goals.
  • Acquire and retain customers by targeting every stage of the funnel through strategic and tactical channel experimentation and non-linear buying journeys.
  • Create, manage, and experiment with new-user acquisition opportunities via email campaigns, content marketing, and omnichannel engagement.
  • Create, lead, and gauge programs using persona targeting and single/multivariate segmentation (Lookalike Audiences, etc.).
  • Manage distribution of content campaigns to educate and engage our audience.
  • Engage with social media platforms to create growth.
  • Analyze data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from production and experimental data across the company, including the executive level.
  • Manage Referral, Incentivization, and Loyalty Programs.
  • Work with SEO, SEM, PPC, social marketing, omnichannel/display campaigns, and CRM tactics and tools. Executes on persona targeting and segmentation (Look Alike Audiences etc) using A/B testing and other tools.


 

Must-Have:

 

  • Experience developing marketing campaigns.
  • Experience driving Digital Lead Gen/Demand Gen and Lead Scoring/MQL Management and Activation. 
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Five or more years of growth marketing management experience and progressive experience in B2B, B2D SaaS, and infrastructure marketing.
