Storj Overview

Storj Labs Inc. is pioneering decentralized cloud storage, along with making object storage more secure, resilient, and faster than other leading cloud storage providers. Our mission is to Build the Decentralized Future, and our vision is to be the storage layer for the decentralized internet. We accomplish this goal by building a team equipped and empowered to propel us forward.

As a Solution Architect, you will be a key technical lead in helping define, develop, and manage the evaluation and execution of technical integrations with customers and technology partners. Storj’s potential technology partners range from managed service providers, storage hardware manufacturers, backup application developers, and open source projects, especially databases. In this role, you will be a customer- and partner-facing technical member of the team working closely with our product management, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver end-to-end, valuable solutions to our partners and customers.

Storj Labs is a globally-distributed company. As a remote-first team, we’ve built a culture based on transparency and open communication. To further ensure our team is cohesive and unified, Storj provides the opportunity to gather together (whenever traveling is deemed safe) in an optional week-long retreat several times per year.

Storj offers a culture of empowerment and progress. We provide extensive company-wide and individualized professional development, a peer mentorship program, and training. Our suite of benefits is generous and comprehensive. On top of strong healthcare benefits, we offer substantial equity, unlimited PTO, and considerable parental leave.
